The initial interface of the works at Crofton and Forest Hill with the decanting and demolitions, took an enormous amount of cooperation and coordination between all parties and a great team spirit evolved as a result.
In order to continue with this spirit and ensure everyone involved adhere to it, the Bouygues UK Project Director for Lewisham PFI schools set up the framework for a “Partnership Charter” to pave the way forward for the continued interface between the authorities representative, the head teacher, premises officers and Bouygues UK senior site managers.
These charters have been sign by all concerned as a reminder of the continuing effort to meet both parties’ goals of completing the works with as little disruption as possible.
