• A professional and competent management team, including a dedicated project H & S Manager, who works in close harmony with the entire production team.
• Planning for H & S, this means thinking about the possible health and safety risks before work starts, and devising preventative and protective measures to eliminate, or reduce, control and manage those risks.
• Health & safety training for every person who comes on site to work.
• Consultation and communication not only with people on site, but also with our neighbours, Local Authority etc.
• Health & safety is all about people; people talking to each other; people working together; and people sharing a common goal. That goal being to make the Project 'A safe project'
• Bouygues UK's site manager Jacques van Staden & the project safety manager Peter Graham, held 3 session at the school assembly to induct the kids with regards the hazards & risks involved on a byilding site. This was aimed to discourage illegale entry into the site, and to promote organized site visits for those interested
